Ad Veken

Ad Veken graduated in Business economics at the University of Amsterdam in December 1988. Directly hereafter he started working with Arthur Andersen where he joined as staff accountant. Effective 1 September 1992, he transferred within Arthur Andersen to the Corporate Finance practice, where he specialized in valuation and due diligence investigations. He was promoted partner in September 1999.

Following the merger of the Dutch Andersen organization with Deloitte, Ad has worked for Deloitte Transaction Services since June 2002.

Ad practices in all fields of (inter)national Mergers and Acquisitions, with a focus on due diligence, (re)structuring, reorganizations and valuation. His clients are (multinational) Private Equity houses.
