Anne K. Costin

From 2004 through 2007, Ms. Costin taught "Project Finance in International Markets" at Columbia University Graduate School of Business in New York City. Prior to her retirement in 2005, Ms. Costin had a 28 year career at Citigroup. She is the former Managing Director and Global Deputy Head of Project & Structured Trade Finance, an international investment banking product group, providing integrated advice and non-recourse capital raising in the bond and bank markets to clients in both emerging and developed markets across a breadth of industries. Her product group was the acknowledged market leader globally in all project finance league tables.

Ms. Costin is an independent director of Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Company and Kayne Anderson Energy Total Return Fund, both highly rated, closed-end investment funds listed on the New York Stock Exchange with over $5 billion assets under management in energy infrastructure securities.

Ms. Costin received a Director's Certificate from the Director's Institute at UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles, a PMD degree from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
