Together with Heidrick & Struggles, AIF sponsored a detailed survey on boards of private equity-backed companies. The survey, prepared by Capital Value, contains useful data points and insights on how boards function in a private equity-backed company context. It was open to all industries in Europe and the US and nearly 300 from the industry participated in the survey including investors, management, shareholders and independent directors from around the world.
