AIF Chairman of the Board retires / New Vice-Chairman enters.

Mr. Rob A. Kleyn, Former Senior Executive Vice President of ABN AMRO Bank in the Netherlands, has retired as Chairman of the AIF Board. Mr. Kleyn has held this position since 2001 when he replaced Mr. Dick van Wensveen (Former Chairman of the Managing Board of Meespierson).

Mr. André A.J.M. van Iersel has been appointed as the new Chairman of the AIF Board, effective as of May 25, 2007. Mr. Van Iersel joined AIF's Board as Vice-Chairman in October 2006, and is Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Human Resources of Rabobank Group.

AIF also welcomes a new Vice Chairman, Mr. Erik Westerink, Managing Director of Parcom Ventures. A subsidiary of ING Group, Parcom Ventures is one of the larger providers of private equity and venture capital in Europe.
