Practical information

How to get to AIF
The program will be held at Amsterdam Institute of Finance, 6th floor, Stadhouderskade 2, Amsterdam.

Opening Hours
AIF offices are open from 08.00 till 18.00.
Note: the revolving doors at the building entrance close at 18.00. After 18.00, please exit via the side door entrance.

Business Cards
On the first day of the program you will be asked for a copy of your business card. A copy of all participants business cards will be distributed at the end of the program.

Dress code
Casual.

Lunches & Dietary Restrictions
Lunch each program day will be provided at a variety of local restaurants. If you will not be joining us for lunch, please advise a staff member as soon as possible (preferably the day before).

If you have any special dietary requirements, please advise us immediately so we can provide you with a suitable meal.

Computers & Internet
Computers with complimentary internet access are available for participant use. A wireless network is also available for personal laptops.

Refreshments
Complimentary coffee, tea and cold drinks are available in the lounge area.

Calculators
The use of a financial pocket calculator is sometimes helpful during the program (HP-12C or equivalent is the most convenient). Calculators are also available at the AIF.

Newspapers
The "Wall Street Journal" and "Het Financieele Dagblad" are available daily.

Messages
Incoming messages will be placed on your desk during breaks. During class you cannot be reached by phone.
Please also ensure that during class time your mobile phone is switched off.

Evaluation Form
At the end of the program, you will receive an evaluation form. Please complete this form and hand it to a staff member before you leave. Your opinion of the program and AIF is very valuable to us.

Certificates
Certificate will be handed out to you after successful completion of the program.
