Increasingly, negotiated contracts are giving way to competitive tenders and auctions, as well as hybrid forms or "negotiauctions". Competitive tenders are increasingly no longer confined to the public sector. And of course, take-over battles are essentially auctions by another name.

In addition to his teaching, he brings with him a wealth of practical experience having advised leading companies and represented their interests as a negotiator, worldwide.
