Valuation of Startups

BrainBite Evening Lecture 30 March 2017

BrainBites - AIF Evening Lecture Series

Is it possible to value a new venture? How can we estimate future cash flows if we don't have historical information and the future is so uncertain? In this session of BrainBites we will review the valuation technique used by early stage investors, namely venture capitalists and business angels, to negotiate a stake in a high growth startup.

Join us for the next BrainBite event on 30 March, led by Professor Luisa Alemany of ESADE.
