PRACTICAL INFORMATION
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
AIF considers each enrollment application carefully
to ensure the quality and level of the program is maintained and that participation of candidates is beneficial to both themselves and their companies. The general prerequisite for all AIF programs is the possession of an academic or equivalent degree, as well as proficiency in English and practical experience. Individual program descriptions contain information regarding further prerequisites per program.
HOW TO ENROLL
To enroll, fax or send your fully completed enrollment form to AIF. There is no closing date for enrollment, however it is advisable to apply early as places are limited.
RESERVE A PLACE
If you can't enroll immediately, you can place a tentative reservation online.
LANGUAGE
All programs will be delivered in English.
CERTIFICATES
A certificate of attendance is awarded to all participants who successfully complete a program.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
A typical program day starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at approximately 5:30 p.m. Evening and Saturday sessions are occasionally incorporated into the program.
On one evening during the program participants are also invited to join other class members for drinks. Other evenings are free for individual reading or preparation of case studies.
STUDY MATERIALS
In preparation of each program and approximately two weeks before the start of the program, participants are sent pre-reading and study material. This to ensure that participants are properly prepared before the start of the program and that all participants begin with the same basic body of knowledge.
Study materials are included in the program fee.
LOCATION
Unless otherwise indicated, programs take place at AIF's premises in the center of Amsterdam, 30 minutes from the international airport, and easily accessible by public transport and car. Detailed address and travel information is sent to all enrolled participants.
PROGRAM FEES
Program fees include all the comprehensive program materials, books, and software that are required per program, as well as daily luncheons. Accommodation is not included. Due to AIF’s status as a not-for-profit foundation, program fees are exempt from value-added tax.
ACCOMMODATION
AIF has reduced rates available at a number of nearby hotels and is able to assist with reservations. Details of hotels are included with the confirmation of enrollment.
