On 17 April we hosted a networking event for a group of our alumni, as well as other interested professionals, at the Room Mate Aitana Hotel in central Amsterdam – the first alumni event at this location!
Professor Ludovic Phalippou (University of Oxford Saïd Business School) gave a presentation on the role of private markets in modern asset management. He presented his views on how to really create impact with your investments, and how he expects private markets to overtake public markets in institutional investors’ asset allocation. The audience engaged in a lively discussion with Ludovic and each other, and the conversation continued over delicious snacks and drinks at the lounge bar.
